By accessing or using the services provided by SnowClear Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

3. Services and Acceptable Use

SnowClear Pro provides professional snow clearing and property maintenance services. You agree to provide accurate access details to your property and to ensure the service area is free of hazards. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payments and Refunds

All service fees are presented in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless an alternative schedule is agreed upon in writing. Refunds or credits for canceled services are issued at the sole discretion of SnowClear Pro, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Disclaimers

While we strive for timely and thorough service, SnowClear Pro cannot guarantee specific arrival times during extreme weather events. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnowClear Pro, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including property damage hidden by snow accumulation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the contact email you have provided to us.
